A trial is most useful when it resembles your normal viewing. A short test on a different device or network may tell you little about your everyday setup. Prepare a small checklist before the trial begins so that you spend your time testing rather than searching for settings.
Use your main device
Check the model and player first. Try the remote, subtitles, volume and navigation as you would on an ordinary evening. Notice whether the menus are readable from your seat and whether another household member can find the content they need.
Take notes rather than making assumptions
- Confirm the trial start and end time with the team.
- Try the content that actually matters to you.
- Record the time and exact error if something fails.
- Separate a network problem from a single unavailable item.
- Ask about anything that differs from the intended paid plan.
