An interruption does not automatically identify the cause. A wireless connection, a busy home network, an app problem or a single unavailable source can look similar on screen. Start by describing the scope of the problem rather than buying new hardware immediately.
Test where you actually watch
A result from a phone near the router is not the same as a result from a television in another room. Check the actual playback device. Where practical, compare a wired connection with Wi-Fi while keeping the other conditions the same.
Narrow down what changes
- Does the issue affect one item or everything?
- Does it happen at a repeatable time?
- Are downloads or other streams active in the home?
- Does restarting the player once change anything?
- Can another ordinary internet service load on that device?
Record the answers and send them to support with your device model. Avoid promising yourself that one speed figure guarantees uninterrupted playback. Stability, the route to the source and the source itself also matter.
